COVID-19 Pandemic Planning and Implementation

EHS Training Development & Delivery
Preparation of training programs to ensure employee adherence to applicable EHS regulations as well as any internal requirements within the business. Trainings are developed in online modules or as Instructor-led courses to suit the client’s needs.
Incident Management & Emergency Response

In compliance with OSHA Standards, develop, train and deploy Emergency Response Programs applicable to General Industry businesses with a minimum of 20 employees or more. The Program is focused to assure the safety emergency management and evacuation procedures of employees during various possible and applicable scenarios.

Through the evaluation of a business’ vulnerabilities and actions to mitigate such, we ensure you are not only prepared for unexpected situations (hurricanes, active shooter, pandemic, earthquakes, long term loss of services such as water and electricity, etc.) but we facilitate Table-Top exercises with real life experiences that will allow your and your team practice readiness for these unexpected situations.
Environmental Health & Safety Program Design and Implementation

Programs, Playbooks and Procedures are key components to the successful implementation and adherence of EHS Systems. We design programs (and procedures) catered to the needs of the client and their applicability of the law. This service goes hand in hand with our Training Program Development and Implementation.

EHS Risk Assessment

Assurance of employee safety begins with understanding the risks at the site/business. EHS Risks assessment provide a high-level understanding of the next steps to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the workers and the potential exposures they might have. VLI conducts Risk Assessments and recommends next steps for prevention and/or protection.

Job and Site Safety Analysis

With the understanding of the general area risk assessments, VLI will work with the client to understand specific tasks and jobs and develop a detailed, step by step Job Safety Analysis applicable to employees in the area performing specific tasks and will provide next steps for prevention protection of them.

Ergonomics

No matter the industry, a comfortable employee is a more productive and a happier one. Through Ergonomics Assessments and Training Programs, VLI will provide suitable solutions to assure that employee stations are fitted to them not the other way around. This applies for the office, home, and for those employees that are on the filed or need to be mobile. Assessments will ensure that recommendations cater to the needs and work environment of the employee.

Industrial Hygiene Compliance

Noise and Chemical exposures pose significant threats to employees is not managed appropriately. OSHA requires that baseline assessments are conducted to ensure that no exposure exists and that these are repeated in the event that the conditions of the workplace change to a significant degree. VLI will work with their clients to gain understanding of Noise and Chemical exposures through applicable baseline studies and will follow with recommendations depending on applicability and need.
